Wilfred A. Llaurado

Mr. Llaurado’s skills and expertise have been developed by his superior education and significant legal experience in both counseling clients and trying cases.  He regularly advises clients throughout California on issues concerning negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract in the real estate, architecture, engineer and construction industries.  While Mr. Llaurado counsels clients so as to avoid needless lawsuits, when litigation becomes necessary, he brings his ample courtroom experience to bear on the matter.  He has had multiple successes in obtaining summary judgments of entire cases prior to trial; and recently second-chaired two cases resulting in complete defense verdicts.
